Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 cup Chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach)
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
3. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
4. Sprinkle half of the chopped vegetables over the batter.
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
6. Flip the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter and vegetables.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
