- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
