Chickpea Crostini Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 baguette French bread sliced
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash until slightly chunky.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the chickpea mixture.
Serve immediately.
