Chickpea Avocado Salad
A quick and healthy salad with chickpeas and avocado.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 units Avocados diced
- 1 unit Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas and diced avocados.
2. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix everything gently until well combined.
4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
