Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
- ½ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add balsamic vinegar and honey. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add the sliced strawberries to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the glaze over the top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
Serve the chicken with the strawberry balsamic glaze spooned over the top.
