Chicken with Rice and Gravy
A comforting dish of chicken served with rice and a rich gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a large pan, melt butter and brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Serve chicken and gravy over rice.
