Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
