Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and easy chicken stir-fry recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the broccoli and bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
