Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
