  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the vinegar mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
