Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Coconut milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. 3. Grill chicken skewers over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  4. 4. For the peanut sauce, mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  5. 5. Serve grilled chicken skewers with peanut sauce.
