Instructions
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
3. Grill chicken skewers over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
4. For the peanut sauce, mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
5. Serve grilled chicken skewers with peanut sauce.
