Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Rigatoni pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
