Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
