Chicken Potstickers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 2 cups Cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 pack Potsticker wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each potsticker wrapper.
3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
5. Place potstickers in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
6. Add a small amount of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
