Chicken Parmigiana Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish featuring breaded chicken breasts topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top each piece with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
