Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skinless
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in sweet and smoked paprika, cook for another minute.
  4. Add chicken thighs to the skillet, cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mix sour cream and flour. Stir into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
