Chicken Murphy Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Onions sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and cherry peppers. Cook until they start to soften.
Add chicken broth and white wine to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Return chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
