Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add carrots and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
  5. 5. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
