Chicken Francese Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish featuring chicken cutlets in a lemon-butter sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup White Wine
- 4 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
4. Remove chicken from skillet. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
5. Stir in butter until melted. Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
