Chicken Fettuccine Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
- 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well with the sauce.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
