Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 piece red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 piece green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 piece yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 piece onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ cup black beans
- ½ cup corn
- 1 piece avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- to serve Lime wedges
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is done.
Add bell peppers and onion. Cook until veggies are tender.
Assemble bowls with rice, black beans, corn, chicken, and veggies.
Top with avocado, cilantro, and lime wedges.
