Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and half of the cheese.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with sour cream on the side.
