Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and half of the cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve with sour cream on the side.
