  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, chopped onion, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into small patties or balls.
  3. 3. In a frying pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the croquettes until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
