Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pound the chicken breasts to about ¼ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with toothpicks.
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge each chicken roll in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
