Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to about ¼ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge each chicken roll in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving.
