Chicken Chilaquiles
A traditional Mexican dish made with crispy tortilla chips, shredded chicken, and a flavorful sauce.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup salsa verde
- ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Add the shredded chicken and salsa verde to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
Add the tortilla chips to the skillet and gently stir to coat them with the sauce.
Top with crumbled queso fresco and chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
