Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, croutons, and grated Parmesan. Add sliced chicken.
  5. 5. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
