Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, croutons, and grated Parmesan. Add sliced chicken.
5. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
