Chicken Cacciatore Slow Cooker Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms.
3. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
4. Sprinkle dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper over the top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
6. Serve hot over pasta or rice.
