Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Bowtie pasta
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and sausage, cooking until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
