Chicken and Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious chicken and rice recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
Add rice and stir to coat with oil.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in frozen peas, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork and serve hot.
