Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup Chorizo sliced
  • 2 cups Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add the sliced chorizo to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce mixture. Transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
