Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
Add broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
