Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 piece red bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
