Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add the cooked chicken and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
5. Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta with the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
