Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli florets and garlic to the skillet, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch mixture.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
