Chicken and Broccoli
A simple and healthy chicken and broccoli recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add broccoli florets and garlic to the skillet, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch mixture.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
