Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk (any kind)
- 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey optional
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
1. In a bowl, mix the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Stir before serving and add your favorite toppings.
