A simple and nutritious chia milk recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (any kind)
- 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Honey or sweetener optional
1. Add milk, chia seeds, and honey (if using) to a blender.
2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until well mixed.
3. Pour into a glass and let sit for 5 minutes to allow chia seeds to swell.
4. Stir and enjoy!
