  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or sweetener optional

Instructions

  2. 2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until well mixed.
  3. 3. Pour into a glass and let sit for 5 minutes to allow chia seeds to swell.
