Main Ingredients
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, water, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Add the melted butter and shredded coconut to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
