- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
Add the cornmeal, vinegar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
