Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 squares.
  3. Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each square.
  4. Fold each square into a triangle and press edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
  5. Mix beaten egg with water and brush over the turnovers.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
