Cherry Turnover Recipe
Delicious and easy cherry turnovers made with puff pastry and cherry filling.

Main Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 squares.
Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each square.
Fold each square into a triangle and press edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
Mix beaten egg with water and brush over the turnovers.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
