Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 3 cups Bread Cubes day-old
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes and chicken broth. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the tomato mixture with the soaked bread cubes. Add salt, pepper, and dried basil. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
