Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes and chicken broth. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Combine the tomato mixture with the soaked bread cubes. Add salt, pepper, and dried basil. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
