- 4 cups pitted cherries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cherries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cherries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the cherries are bubbly.
