Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a blender, combine milk, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour a thin layer of batter into the baking dish and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, add cherries, and pour the remaining batter over them.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until puffed and golden.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
