Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs room temperature

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
