Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Fill each muffin liner with the cream cheese mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
  5. Top each tart with cherry pie filling. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
