Cherry preserves

Honey

Chopped fresh thyme

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin.
Add a piece of Brie cheese to each pastry square.
Spoon a small amount of cherry preserves over the Brie.
Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped thyme if using. Serve warm.
