Ingredients 

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup butter cold, diced

Cherry Filling

  • 4 cups cherries pitted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and sliced almonds. Add cold, diced butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, mix cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the cherry mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
