Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Ground almonds
  • 0.25 cups Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • 0.25 cups Sliced almonds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, ground almonds, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and almond extracts. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling and toasted almonds. Chill before serving.
