Cherry Almond Cheesecake
A delightful cheesecake with a cherry topping and almond crust.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups Ground almonds
- 0.25 cups Sugar
- 0.5 cups Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Almond extract
Topping
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
- 0.25 cups Sliced almonds toasted
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, ground almonds, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and almond extracts. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
Top with cherry pie filling and toasted almonds. Chill before serving.
