Cheesecake Tart Recipe
A delightful cheesecake tart with a buttery crust and creamy filling.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
- 0.25 cup Sugar
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Pour filling into cooled crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool before serving.
