Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter
  • 0.25 cup Sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool before serving.
