Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 cup Fresh Berries for topping
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
4. In serving glasses, layer the graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and fresh berries.
5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
