  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups mixed fruit strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the mixed fruit.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
