Cheesecake Brownie Bars Recipe
Decadent cheesecake brownie bars that combine the best of both worlds: rich brownies and creamy cheesecake.

Brownie Layer
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set and a toothpick inserted into the brownie layer comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
