Cheesecake Bites Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoon sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cupcake liners.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
